Fuck the state of everything in our government right now. Healy cut the health budget so Masshealth won't be covering GLP-1s anymore and, apparently, a lot of private insurances won't cover it anymore anyways. This stops July 1st. I am nervous as hell about a bounceback in weight as seen during my antipsychotic last winter. I'm HOPING to go down to at least 175-180 lbs and start meal planning better. Maybe that will help. Once it gets a little warmer I can go for more walks.

I refuse to go back to the near 300 lbs I was before. I will do whatever I have to in order to keep myself down around 200 once I'm off Zepbound. The biggest thing I'll have to watch out for is my body not being able to exercise properly. We'll see what I can do.
